Nueces River At Laguna affecting Uvalde County.

Nueces River Below Uvalde affecting Uvalde County.

Nueces River Near Asherton affecting Dimmit County.

Frio River At Concan affecting Uvalde County.

Frio River Below Dry Frio affecting Uvalde County.

Frio River Near Derby affecting Frio County.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Seco Creek at at Rowe Ranch Near D'Hanis.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Major flooding causes Seco Creek alone (without Parker Creek) to approach homes in D'Hanis. If Parker and Seco Creeks are flooding, all of D'Hanis may be under water and several feet deep in homes in the west part. Highway 90 is severly flooded. At 24.0 feet, Seco Creek alone (without Parker Creek) floods the lowest homes in D'Hanis. Nearly a mile of Highway 90 is flooded with significant damage. If Seco and Parker Creeks are seriously flooding, all of D'Hanis is under water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 21.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 2:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 21.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.6 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 26.0 feet on 07/15/1973. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
