* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CST Thursday the stage was 15.0 feet and rising slowly. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.5 feet Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
