* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Iowa River at Oakville.
* WHEN...From Thursday evening until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects the south approach to the Iowa Highway 99 bridge near Oakville.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 8.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening and continue rising to a crest of 14.6 feet Sunday evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
