* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Central Hudspeth County in western Texas...
* WHEN...Until 1115 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 912 PM MDT, Thunderstorms with heavy downpours have produced about 0.75 inches of rain in the past hour, with additional thunderstorm cells developing to the southeast. This will result in minor flooding in the Sunset Ranches area, particularly on the back roads off FM-1111. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
