* WHERE...Southern Cook County in northeast Illinois and northern Lake County in northwest Indiana.

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 749 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms with rain rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. Roadway flooding may begin shortly after the onset of heavy rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
