* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Bastrop County in south central Texas... DeWitt County in south central Texas... Fayette County in south central Texas... Eastern Gonzales County in south central Texas... Lavaca County in south central Texas... Lee County in south central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 225 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cuero, Bastrop, Gonzales, Yoakum, Giddings, La Grange, Smithville, Schulenburg, Hallettsville, Yorktown, Shiner, Flatonia, Lexington, Moulton, Waelder, Fayetteville, Dime Box, Round Top, Muldoon and Cistern. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
