* WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Breathitt, Magoffin and Wolfe.
* WHEN...Until 1145 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 842 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain could result in flash flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Jackson, Salyersville, Mason, Simpson, Bays, Cornelia, Rousseau, Mountain Valley, Guage, Dale, Stevenson, Eugene, Puncheon, Camp Lewis, Seiltz, Rock Lick, Burkhart, Cutuno, Lunah and Haginsville.
