* WHERE...In Louisiana, West Cameron, East Cameron, Lower Vermilion, Lower Iberia and Lower St. Mary Parishes. In Texas, Lower Jefferson County.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.
