* WHAT...Multiple rounds of heavy rain with an increasing potential for flooding.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and northeast Kansas, including the following counties, in central Kansas, Dickinson. In east central Kansas, Geary, Morris, Shawnee and Wabaunsee. In northeast Kansas, Jefferson.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving, moisture laden system is expected to bring widespread rainfall of two to four inches, with locally higher amounts of around six inches.
