At 508 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 15 in California between mile markers 90 and 98. Interstate 40 in California between mile markers 16 and 31.
