* At 1011 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 21 nm south of Louisiana Offshore Oil Port, or 37 nm southeast of Timbalier Island, moving east at 20 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.
