* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until noon EDT Tuesday. For the High Rip Current Risk, through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding of coastal adjacent lots, parks, and roads. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water will be highest around the time of high tide, with the next high tide around 730 AM EDT Tuesday.
