* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels saw their highest peak early Friday morning with highest levels reported near Golovin at just over 4 feet above the normal high tide. While water levels will continue to subside somewhat Friday night, a second rise is still expected during the Saturday morning high tide. Afterwards, more normal tide patterns are expected to return to the Norton Sound.
