*Strong structural current near piers and breakwalls, especially on the north sides.

*Rip currents possible within sandbars.

* WHERE...Northern La Porte county.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Strong currents can pull swimmers into deeper water and high waves can sweep people off piers.
