* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 639 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Rain rates will approach 2 inches per hour at times. Excessive runoff will cause minor flooding of small streams and creeks, roads, and roadside culverts in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Monticello, Whitley City, Gregory, Denney, Kidds Crossing, Coopersville, Slavens, Ritner, Barrier, Rockeybranch, Delta, Oil Valley, Steubenville, Cooper, Wiborg, Parkers Lake, Marshes Siding, Stearns, Parnell and Susie.
