At 848 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rainfall had ended over the Wide Ruins area. However, flash flooding remains a threat from earlier thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Only light additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, normally dry washes, and highways.
