* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Xavier Road leading north from the river gage begins to see water near the road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 19.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.0 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this afternoon. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
