* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Agricultural land near the river is flooded and water covers most islands. Water starts rising onto secondary roads in Wapello Bottoms.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 20.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 21.4 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Monday evening. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
