At 1253 PM PDT, showers and thunderstorms are developing along the eastern Sierra and Sierra Front south of Highway 50. Thunderstorm coverage will expand northward through the afternoon.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
