At 131 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated that thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the Seven Cabins Burn Scar have diminished. Between 0.5 and 0.85 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will impact Highway 246 as well as Forest Service Roads 56 and 616. This will also impact Las Tablas Creek and Arroyo Seco. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
