* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 514 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated very heavy rain due to thunderstorms moving across the area. Radar estimates rainfall rates as high as 4 inches per hour are occurring with these storms. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
