...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers...

Scioto River at Circleville.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.

* WHEN...Until Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Flooding occurs mainly west of Circleville along Mill and Canal Roads, as well as Island Road and State Route 762, with some Island Road residents cut off north of Commercial Point Road. Backwater flooding along Big Darby Creek causes flooding along roadways, with backwater flooding along Hargus Creek flooding low areas of Ted Lewis Park. Flooding may occur along State Route 56 north of U.S. 22 west of Circleville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 19.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
