* WHERE...Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision out to 15 NM, Cape Decision to Cape Edgecumbe out to 15 NM and Cape Decision to Cape Edgecumbe from 15 to 80 NM.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 1 PM AKDT this afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 1 PM AKDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
