* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. A mudslide over Highway 64 is on going or expected to begin shortly. Avoid traveling and recreating through the advisory area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 229 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
