* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Many storm sewers are closed along Black Hawk Creek and the Cedar River. The Fletcher Ave levee gates are closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 11.9 feet. - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
