* WHAT...For the Extreme Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 105. For the Lake Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected.

* WHERE...Central and Southeast Phillips, Central and Southern Valley, Garfield, and Petroleum Counties.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 6 AM MDT Monday. For the Lake Wind Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 6 AM MDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wave heights as high as 4 feet.
