* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A rain/snow mix is expected Thursday night into early Friday morning. Combined with the strong winds, periods of reduced visibility due to blowing snow are possible. Precipitation shifts to mostly rain by midday Friday.
