* WHERE...Kosrae Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM ChST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... As STY Dolphin continues to move away from Kosrae, seas and swell will gradually diminish over the weekend and into the first part of next week.
