* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, River property at Cumbest Bluff will be cut off by high water and some river roads will be impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 14.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight and continue rising to 16.5 feet early Sunday afternoon.
