* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm Champi continues to strengthen. Southwest winds have already increased into the 15 to 25 knot range on the latest analysis, with some pockets of 25 knots. This wind field will continue to gradually strengthen and become more broad, allowing hazardous conditions for small craft to persist through Sunday afternoon. Sustained winds of 15 to 25 knots with frequent gusts to 30 knows continuing to look likely, with a few higher gusts not out of the question. Inter- island travel is strongly discourages.
