* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM ChST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fresh to strong westerlies with near-gale to occasionally gale force gusts will prevail across the Marianas through at least early Wednesday, as a westerly monsoon surge continues. Additionally, distant Typhoon Dolphin (12W) is generating a long-period north swell that is moving through the Marianas, which will continue to shift to the northwest, in addition to west to southwest swells increasing over the coming days.
