Wabash River at Lafayette.

Wabash River at Riverton.

Wabash River at Terre Haute.

Wabash River at Hutsonville Legacy Power Plant Site.

Wabash River at Montezuma.

Wabash River at Covington.

Wabash River at Vincennes.

.On the Wabash River, moderate flooding will continue at Montezuma and Terre Haute into this weekend...with otherwise widespread minor flooding from Lafayette on downstream. Flooding is forecast to end at Lafayette early Saturday. The main crest is at Terre Haute as of Friday afternoon and will slowly work downriver to reach Vincennes late Tuesday.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at Hutsonville Legacy Power Plant Site.

* WHEN...Until Saturday, August 29.

* IMPACTS...At 22.9 feet, Extensive backwater flooding of Hutson Creek affecting residential property on the south side of Hutsonville. Flood waters near the intersection of N. Main and E. Mechanic St on the northeast side of Hutsonville. RVs and campers located along the river just south of Hutsonville moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There is no current observed data. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.3 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday, August 29. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
