* WHERE...Portions of southwest Iowa, including the following counties, Fremont and Page and Nebraska, including the following counties, Boone, Butler, Cass, Colfax, Gage, Jefferson, Johnson, Lancaster, Nemaha, Otoe, Pawnee, Platte, Richardson, Saline, Saunders and Seward.
* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
