* WHERE...Portions of Lake Michigan.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM EST this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, until 1 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous highest waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
