* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, The Water Plant takes precautions on water well pump houses west of the Arkansas River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 14.5 feet and falling. - Forecast...The river will continue falling before having a secondary crest then is expected to fall below flood stage early Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
