* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1116 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area as locally as much of 3 inches of rain had fallen or will accumulate. Be wary of high water conditions from around Reidville to Moore and downstream within the lower Tyger River basin. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
