* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs on the north bank.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 16.1 feet tomorrow morning.
