* WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 904 PM EDT, emergency management reported high water in a few locations across the warned area due to prior heavy rainfall. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell earlier. - In addition, Sunday Creek at Glouster was in Minor Flood Stage at 14.0 feet. Flood Stage is 13 feet. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
