* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 244 PM EDT, The Ohio Department of Transportation reported several roads remain closed due to flooding. In Meigs County, this includes State Routes 124, 143, 325, and 248. In Athens County, this includes State Routes 144 and 681. In addition, the automated gage on the Shade River at Chester remains in moderate flood with several adjacent roads flooded. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
