* WHERE...A portion of southwest Michigan, including the following county, Van Buren.
* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 800 AM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain of 1 to 2 inches has fallen in the last hour. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
