* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. For the High Wind Warning, north winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.
* WHERE...In Delaware, Delaware Beaches County. In New Jersey, Eastern Monmouth, Atlantic Coastal Cape May, Coastal Atlantic, and Coastal Ocean Counties.
