* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 554 PM EDT, no rain was falling, but runoff from earlier rain continues to cause flooding on many roads in the area.Flooding is ongoing. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall of up to an inch is possible later this evening. - Duck Creek at Macksburg was at 14.5 feet. Flood stage is 13 feet. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
