* WHEN...From 10 PM CDT this evening through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain of 1 to 4 inches fell over portions of this area Tuesday night. While the heaviest rain tonight is more favored to fall near the I-80 corridor, an additional 1 to 3 inches may occur over Knox, Stark and Marshall Counties. This may lead to localized flooding, especially if it falls over the same areas as Tuesday night.
