* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.9 feet and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Thursday morning and continue falling to 6.1 feet early Sunday afternoon. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
