* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest, and west central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events.
