At 1244 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 13 nm southeast of Quanicassee to 19 nm northwest of New Baltimore to near St. Clair Shores, moving east at 35 knots.
