* WHERE...Central Otero County in south central New Mexico...
* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 905 PM MDT, Earlier thunderstorms produced 1 to 1.50 inches of rain west and southwest of Sacramento. Runoff will lead to rises in Agua Chiquita Creek and a few other unnamed streams to the south. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
