* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with heavy rain, combined with recent rainfall and saturated soils in some locations, will bring a threat of flash flooding this afternoon and evening. Stronger storms will be capable of producing 1 to 2 inches of rain in 30 minutes, with local storm totals as high as 3 inches.
