At 802 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Wever to near Biggsville, moving southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include... Burlington, Oquawka, West Burlington, Middletown, Gladstone, Rozetta, Gulf Port, Iowa Army Ammunition Plant, Denmark, Augusta, Lone Tree, Carthage Lake, Welter Recreation Area, Shokokon, Spring Grove, Heapsville, Wever, Starr's Cave Park and Preserve, Burlington Regional Airport, and Beaverdale.
This also includes Delabar State Park and Henderson County Conservation Area.
