* WHERE...Wind River Mountains East and Wind River Mountains West.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Wednesday. The time of maximum impact is most likely Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday night.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult especially across the backcountry. The hazardous conditions may impact the commutes across South Pass.
